All Rotaract clubs must have a club constitution and bylaws. These documents provide structure and help clubs govern themselves according to Rotary International’s policies and procedures.
All Rotaract clubs automatically adopt the Standard Rotaract Club Constitution, and changes can be made only by Rotary International’s Board of Directors. Club bylaws supplement the Standard Rotaract Club Constitution and set common club practices. You are welcome to adapt the Recommended Rotaract Club Bylaws, or create your own, as long as they do not conflict with the Standard Rotaract Club Constitution and the Rotary Code of Policies.
